Payment:
If you use a direct payment gateway, Shopify stores your credit card data encrypted to PCI-DSS standards. Transaction data is deleted once your purchase is complete.

_session_id - Unique token, session-based. Allows Shopify to store session information (referrer, landing page, etc.).
_shopify_visit - No data held, persistent for 30 minutes. Used to track the number of visits.

cart - Unique token, persistent for 2 weeks. Stores cart contents.
_secure_session_id - Unique token, session-based.
storefront_digest - Unique token, indefinite. Used for password-protected stores.

_fbp - Persistent for 90 days. Used by Meta Pixel to identify browsers for ad delivery and measurement.
_fbc - Persistent for 90 days. Stores the last Facebook click attribution.
