Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Some orders are eligible for free shipping. Our free shipping program gets sent through regular mail. Orders getting shipped to Canada will be sent via Canada Post. Orders getting shipped to the United States will get sent via USPS. Orders with free shipping do not come with a tracking number. Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to arrive. Paid shipping options
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Paid shipping options are sent through Canada Post.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. We are based in Calgary, AB, Canada. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days at:

Please do not go to the store until you receive an email saying that your order is ready for pickup.
We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are M-F 10:00am - 5:00pm and Sat 10:00am - 5:00 pm. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Tree Picks is based in Canada. Please allow 1-4 weeks for international mail shipping.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tree Picks is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If you selected "Free shipping," your order will be sent through regular mail and you will not receive a tracking number. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery. If you did not receive your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you.
If you selected a paid shipping rate, your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after shipping confirmation, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount. Shipping costs for the return of the order to Tree Picks is at the customers expense.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
